Join me on our 4th retreat for a weekend of yoga, hiking, plant-based comfort food and workshops on nurturing our bodies, minds and souls...

The retreat takes place near Cloudland Canyon in the north Georgia Mountains. The weekend will include opportunity for 3 restorative yoga practices, 3 hatha yoga classes and two 90 minute workshops.

We'll have access to a private lake on the property for paddleboarding/kayaking and there's an outdoor hot tub as well. We'll also be visiting the canyon and hiking to the falls. 
Lodging and all meals are provided.
